Good evening. Both Mark and I are worn out after a day at Sue and Wayne’s. Neither of us got done exactly what we wanted! Mark and Wayne went to Lowe’s to pick up cabinets for Sue’s laundry room/kitchen pantry. They were able to buy the cabinets they wanted, but when they got home one box had been marked wrong. They had to return it, then go to the Lowe’s in Wildwood to purchase the correct one. By this time it was 330 and we needed to head for home to feed our dogs. (They had been home alone since 9 o’clock …  fortunately, our friend Markymark came in to walk them at 2:30.)

I was able to repair the chip in the dining room curio … spackled nail holes in the walls and do touch up paint. There was a can of paint labeled “interior” but it was all lumpy and stinky. Wayne had it color-matched … hope it dries the correct color! 

Then, on the way home from the villages, we were delayed 15 minutes sneaking around an accident scene. It wasn’t good, I’m sure someone died in the vehicle we saw. 😢 So sad. Someone hit that vehicle at a high speed. 

Frost is expected overnight so Mark has covered our delicate plants! Wayne was doing the same for the first time in their new home. They have lovely roses at the front garden. 

This is handy for the K’s … 

it’s a learning curve! I added a bit of chlorine granules today but afraid to overdo it without a repeat test hours later. 

We put a pizza on the Pizzaz and watched the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Los Angeles Rams in the playoffs. It was an edge of the seat ending!
