Randy & Dawn phoned and stopped in about 430 for a visit. They had plans to go to a movie tonight but stayed for happy hour with us. 👍🏻 Randy was driving today, obviously doing much, much better. Dawn goes back to work on Saturday! Poor Randy!
Sue and Wayne arrived home today after their long drive back from Canada. I know the next couple of weeks will be sorting out things that went awry while they were on their trip.
Aurelia phoned this afternoon to tell me about a Wi-Fi booster she and Tony bought for their RV. It’s funny because I had been looking at one online but didn’t know anyone who owned one! Tony is thrilled with it and recommended that we get one. We shall look into it before our next trip.
Mark has been chatting online with his sister Paula today. They are quite concerned about brother-in-law Danny and Jackson whose home has (probably) been flooded near Whiteville, North Carolina. Awful.
Meanwhile, Pam is having bad weather and tornado watches all around Minneapolis this evening. I think we will all be glad to see fall actually arrive, weatherwise. We’ve had enough of this heat.
Tomorrow, we’re planning to meet up with Karen and Pete for dinner. That’s it, a simply nice day here, but still daytime highs in the 90’s.
