Good afternoon. We left home at 9:30 for our drive to Georgia. Traffic was quite heavy on I 75. Along the way Pete and Karen passed us. We caught up to them at the Love’s fuel stop. 

We arrived at 12:30 at Eagle‘s Roost for the night. Karen & Pete‘s grandson Peyton has joined them for the trip 👍🏻 (He’s a cute 9 year old.) They’ve dashed off for a 1:30 meeting nearby. We’ll see them for dinner tonight. 

It was beautiful before the rain ...

We had happy hour at our rig tonight and Peyton played with the dogs. They loved it. Afterward we went to the Farmhouse for dinner. It was pretty good. We had a nice evening. 

Tomorrow morning is Randy’s surgery. We called and wished him well. Dawn will be off until September taking care of him. 👍🏻 We know he will do very well. ❤️

Tomorrow morning we are off to Stone Mountain for the week.
