Good morning. We’re feeling a little down this as Mark is dropping our wee girl at the vets to have a sarcoma removed from her paw. We’re optimistic that the lump will be removed entirely and that no further treatment would be necessary. But, we won’t know any of that until the histology comes back from the lab. Today is Bee’s surgery. 😢

Last night, Kim and Bob invited us over for a drink on their porch. It’s so beautiful looking the water ... And it was nice and cool with a strong breeze off the lake. Bob and Mark drank a bottle of scotch between the two of them, not just any scotch, but a fancy bottle that was from Bob’s retirement a couple of years ago. Mark was looking a little bleary-eyed by the time we got home at midnight. Ha ha ha. But, I think he needed it as we have both been so worried about our doggie.

Mz Bee’s surgery went well we think. We picked her up at 4 o’clock along with antibiotics and pain meds. She’s wearing a wonderful blue go-go boot. We should have the lab results from the histology in a week to 10 days.

We’re so happy to have her home!
