Well, it was a very busy morning getting the bar organized and food on the counter for my game day peeps. There were only seven; everyone has things going on this time of year. Nevertheless, we had good fun.
Bee and Robs joined the fun ... they love to watch us play Mexican Dominoes. 💕🐾 There are SO GOOD with all the company; but wouldn’t let the UPS man open the screen door to give me packages. Haha. Grrrr
Speaking of Mexican dominoes, there’s a new low score of 70. I was very lucky today ... lots of doubles with follow ups! I took a lot of heat from Lynn, Anita, Deena, Florence, Elaine and Pat because I went out first so many times! 👍🏻 YeeHaw! All was going well with the party til Anita spilled red wine all over the bar. OMG, what a mess. Fortunately nothing broke so no harm done. (She felt awful.)
Mark enjoyed an afternoon of hiking in the woods. It was very windy ... he came home with allergies. It was nothing that a glass of wine didn’t fix.
We decided to add STARZ to our TV lineup for $12.99 a month so we can binge-watch OUTLANDER. Randy and Dawn got us hooked!
Poor Shorty Hotpants had a quick trip to the vet for an eye injury. He’s fine, just on antibiotics as a precaution. (Robbie’s on a week of antibiotics prior to his dental cleaning this Thursday.) There’s always something.
