Good evening. Well, I guess we’ve had a busy enough day. Mark and I went to breakfast this morning and attempted to go to two different restaurants before we had to settle on the Waffle House. It was good ... lots of comedy between the 10 workers behind the counter! “Lee” talked personally to everyone who came in; what a card. 😂 After breakfast, we went to the welcome center and sat in on a presentation of Thousand Trails. No, we didn’t buy anything. There are some interesting upgrades and if we were going on a cross-country trip (or full timers) we would be candidates for an upgrade! So far, the park, we would say, is pretty good.

Mark barbecued ribeye steaks for our dinner tonight, plus baked potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Life is good.
Apparently, Pam is getting more snow in Minnesota. What the heck, it’s nearly the end of April. How’s Pam going to stand the last year of work before retirement? Visits to Florida a few times perhaps? 😜
Sue and Wayne are at Liberty with their coach this weekend. They are having a new space-age ceramic coating added to their windshield. It’s a huge heat reduction factor. Ca-ching!
Karen and Pete and our group of friends from the VIP club went to Kiku Japanese steakhouse last night. I hope they had a great time, but we missed it. The big VIP trip to Washington DC leaves next weekend. It includes a visit to the White House, the Smithsonian and more. That trip we have to miss.

Dinner tonight was excellent. Mark cooked the steaks perfectly. Afterwards we sat outside and enjoyed the cooler air. Speaking of air, we need to get our AC in the rig checked. The bedroom air-conditioner is working great, the living room one is slacking. Ho-hum ... more tweaking needed. 😜
