It was a beautiful day with a high in the 60’s and a good breeze. Mark and I left windows open for the Scotties and went to Walmart for some local flavor. Mark bought jeans and I bought a cute top. The layout of that store was totally strange ... I would have spent more but I couldn’t find it!
Next we met Karen, Pete and Richard, Mitzi at The Lighthouse for a great lunch. $15 for salad bar and unlimited shrimp cooked any way you wanted! 😋 It was really good.
Mark wanted to top up the truck for going home tomorrow. Both gas stations wanted to hold our credit card while we fueled up. No way Jose! So, we put in $40 cash ... better to be safe!
LaDonna and Wayne had a wine with us on the patio before we went to the lowcountry boil tonight. It was dinner of clams, oysters, shrimp, corn on the cob and potatoes ... delicious! Here’s Dennis ... ready to serve!
Afterward, we had a square dance caller and there were a few fun loving volunteers. It was quite a laugh. We sat with Sergio and Cathy, new members, from Sebastian.
