Mark left early this morning for shopping with Marky-Mark. They needed more planks for the dock followed by browsing in a few thrift shops.
It’s coming along nicely ... another few planks are needed. 👍🏻
I did the sundry shopping and household chores ... it was as a rather laidback day. Tonight is going to be good TV.
Sue and Wayne are having a BBQ tonight with Canadian pals Donna & Dennis & Jim. Have a fun night ... and welcome to the Sunshine State! 🌞
We’re concerned about our friends Rose and Jim H. They were on a Caribbean cruise with a half dozen neighbors of ours when he suffered a heart attack. I talked to Rose today as she was waiting for a flight out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Jim had already been airlifted from the ship yesterday to a hospital in the Dominican Republic. Jim was airlifted to Fort Lauderdale earlier today. Tests are being done ... and we hope all will be well. (I’m sure this put a damper on the festivities for the rest of the gang!)
Rick M had a new Blog today. It’s lovely to see he and Ruth are having a great time in sunny Mexico. It’s a bargain, he says! Schweeet ... party on! 🍸
