Tonight we sat on the front porch with the doggies. It was sure nice and quiet. Mark had a good cigar and whiskey 🥃. Me? Water ... I had wine earlier. 😜
It was a fun-filled afternoon at Nancy’s for game day. There were 10 of us with Two games going ... Phase 10, a card game, and Rummicube, a tile one. Nancy had made a chicken salad, fresh fruits, cheese, crackers and cheese cake. After a glass or two of wine the noise level was up! 🤪 We sure had fun!
Another lakefront home came on the market this week in our community. I tried to look it up on-line but “nada.” Nancy said it’s priced at $409K ... it looks to be in very good condition ... a 3/2 with 2 car garage.
Mark took it easy today, he said, but washed the RVport. It looks much better! 💕 Thank you sweetie! We sure need a new roof ... but we’re back to square one with the lawsuit. We reachec a settlement with Progressive on January 31st ... but despite our attorney’s efforts, they haven’t paid up yet. So, it’s time to go to trial. 🤨 That sucks.
