Good afternoon. Yes, the day has gotten away on us. I had a couple of eBay sales to wrap then Mark took them to the post office. Odds ‘n ends sell just fine on eBay, but it’s a struggle to sell higher quality items. Perhaps I need an Etsy shop for handmade, higher quality items? 

Well, the dogs and I took a nice golf cart ride around the neighborhood at noon. It is a beautiful day, much lower humidity than it has been and just in the 80s. Hallelujah, we made it through another steamy Florida summer. 😅 

Mark got neighbor Marky Mark‘s ancient lawnmower working and cut the grass around back which his yard man hadn’t yet done. It looks so much better of course and now Mark can ride the golf cart around back making tool toting a lot easier. 👍🏻

This afternoon at 3:15 both BeeZee and Robbie rounded me up to sit on the front porch and watch for the stray cat that has appeared in our neighborhood. One neighbor in particular has been trying to catch the cat, but no luck so far. It looks pretty young and skinny and apparently there’s another around that looks very similar. From our standpoint, the Scotties are all wound up about it. And, today when Mark went to the post office, the cat was inside the Kia‘s engine compartment. Oh boy. We have to put a quick stop to that. (A couple of years ago we had stray cats roaming around that sprayed on our Dodge tires and in our boat. 😳 

This afternoon, Randy & Dawn went with a group of friends to Tampa for the Buccaneers and Steelers Monday night football game!

They took a charter bus and won’t get home til the wee hours ... but what fun they’ll have! At 10:15 the score is 30 to 16 for the Steelers. 

Mark’s off to bed earlier than moi as he’s going hunting tomorrow morning. 💤. I’m watching Good Bones for an hour. 🙃
