Tailgating? No, there was a traffic jam getting onto the ramp due to construction. 😇
Wow, Whispering Hills has really grown since we were here in 2011. The beautiful shady sites are all gravel parking lot now. It's a shame, but we very likely will find another spot next time we are in this area. It was 90° when we arrived and our living room air conditioner could not keep up. Mark suspects that we have a mud dauber nest living on the AC fins. We shall see when we get home. Wow, we had a lovely evening watching a couple of movies and eating dinner before going to Walmart for a few necessities.
Meanwhile, Diane and Kris visited with Bob and Jill by boat. Sue and Wayne took them on the Windsor craft today. Nice. It sounds like they are having a wonderful time.
Tomorrow morning we are driving to pigeon Forge in Tennessee to stay at the KOA campground. We are hoping the traffic will not be too bad as we should be arriving there around 2 o'clock. Well, as Mark says, it is what it is.
So that's it for tonight. Tata till tomorrow.
