After our breakfast and Scottie dog walking Mark took parcels to the post office then grocery shopped. (He said it was “day of the living dead.”) 😂 Sometimes it’s frustrating getting down grocery aisles. 😬
While Mark was shopping I cleaned and sorted our walk-in closet shelves. Meanwhile, Carlos had Beez and Robs sitting on the sofa while the auto vacuum ran! Cleaning #3 (AFTER our Friday deep cleaning) picked up more dirt!!! Damn, our house was dirty. 😳 The robot needed filter cleaning today! It was easily done.
These are the shoes sold on eBay today. Mark has noticed high heels are always shipped to men. 🤔 (When Sue and I used to sell at Pompano Beach’s “Granny’s attic“ garage sale, she would set a pair of red high-heeled shoes on my jewelry table. Men stopped and picked up the shoes to look at them all the time. LOL 👠)
I enjoy on Facebook the vintage Winnipeg postings that I see from time to time. It’s neat to look back at the old buildings and the way things were. Now I have found a site that covers some of our central Florida area. Here are a couple of pictures of interest.
The Hiawatha steam Paddlewheeler cruised the Oklawaha River in our Lake Eustis. The site of CrazyGators was the pier and fish house!
Florida’s #1 attraction was Silver Springs … the Disney of its day!
I love the old architecture …
Tonight is swimming and letting the LanMar kids run about the pool. That’ll make them sleepy. We swam til 8:30 then came home to spend time with Robs & Beez. We introduced the L’s to Bloodline on Discovery. It was s great day!
G’night all.
