Good afternoon. It’s a bright beautiful albeit hot 🥵 summer afternoon here in Central Florida. Mark has been sledgehammer and pieces of the driveway in an effort to repair it before we have a pressure washed and stained. Unbelievably, the driveway is 7 inches thick, but still manages to crack on the edges. 😳 Now he’s off to his favorite store, the Home Depot for sand and gravel and cement.

Carlos has just finished mopping all the floors, and I think they look better than ever. Ha ha. Trust a machine to outdo what a human has done for years. Never mind, I did some dusting and sorting out while he was working. We’ve never had such a clean house.

Mark whipped up a good dinner of green salad, sausages with pepper ‘n onions and hamburgers. We’re all doing Atkins so it’s easy going. 🥰 We’re all slimmed down! Afterward we played a few games of Chasing Marbles … the girls won 2 of 3 games. 🤔

The alter reality people are shocked today … 

… because YESTERDAY was to be a big day in America …
