Makenna's request was for a chocolate cake. I made a triple chocolate cake which will "wind-up" the hi-jinx of Makenna and sister Charlotte. Just in case we run out of goodies, I also baked a strawberry layer cake. Yum!

Note, Pam, he's still wearing the OLD mocassins ... "saving the new ones (you sent him in December) for his old age." (My mom would say that about Nan. She'd get a new house dress and wouldn't wear it.) 😂
Yesterday when I talked to Randy he and Dawn were lying in bed reading books. Mark laughed ... what a turnabout; then spotted this Facebook meme.

It was busy around here with paperwork and organizing for our big RV trip. At 5:30 we headed to IchiBan for dinner then, a change of plans, everyone came here for drinks and dessert.

Missing in the pictures is Brittany, Alan, Brandon and Brandon Junior. They were all there, just everything was moving pretty quickly. Ha ha. It was a fun time and they were all gone by 11 o'clock!
