Good afternoon 🌞 … It’s a bright, beautiful day here in Central Florida!

Our dental office had a cancellation for us both today so we had our cleanings done. Yay! (We missed our April appointments 🀷‍♀️ as they weren’t written on our paper calendar. Yeah, we still prefer a paper calendar!)

We have a bit of excitement for June … our granddaughters are coming to visit for a week. We’ll take them bowling with us and plan a cat boat tour from Mt Dora!

A Scottie friend has put our meal presentation for Robbie’s and BeeZee’s breakfast to shame.

Yeah. πŸ˜‚ That looks like an hors de oeuvres platter.

We didn’t walk until 7 tonight when it was cooler for the dogs.

Cute shadows 🐾πŸ₯°

Mark and I enjoyed the pool again tonight for an hour or so. The kids have chairs out there in the tiki hut. Fun times!

Good afternoon sunshine! It’s dentist day for us … cleanings done and scheduled for 6 months

It was a bit chilly this morning when I took the kids outside at 6. It was 64! High of 84 today, so perfect.

We had our dental cleanings today, and Mark hast to go back tomorrow for a crown. One of his teeth has three cracks in it. What the heck has he been chewing on? πŸ˜‚

Well, it’s actually Thursday morning but I will finish the blog. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening on the front porch. Rain was moving in for today and you could feel it in the air. Mark chop down the crΓͺpe myrtle tree that was in front of our porch. We will eventually extend that porch and the tree was in the way plus it was dropping purple berries on the driveway. Since he is working on refinishing the driveway, it was time to say bye-bye to the white crΓͺpe myrtle tree.  πŸ₯²

This morning I finished my little yellow cottage painting, it’s actually quite a large painting and features high atmosphere cirrus clouds. Generally speaking, that means rain within 24 hours. Never mind, there are lots of flowers in this painting that will need a little water. LOL

It’s 24 x 30 … The largest one I’ve done for a while.

Well, now I will start the actual Thursday blog. Ha ha.

Good afternoon! It’s been a busy morning with dental cleanings for us both ... then a bit of Easter shopping for the grandkids.

Mark was up early, outside cleaning the fence when I got up at 8 o’clock. What a guy! (He has quite a ‘To Do’ list ... that he wrote for himself.

Well this day went to hell in a hand-basket. I discovered my accountant of 26 years died this month. RIP Stanley ... you are missed. Now, what to do? I phoned Diane as she originally referred me to Stan way back.

It’s not going to be easy for us to find a trustworthy fella. Sad. Stan went in hospital for a minor surgery and something went wrong with anesthesia; he died two weeks later. 😒

Hi there! It’s been a different sort of day here. I started with an 8:30 dental appointment for an implant, tooth #21. That done, it was a relaxing day, doctor’s order! The implant will be checked in a week ... and after two
Months of healing ... a new tooth. Yippee.

Mark was chief cook ‘n bottle washer for the doggies while I was out. After, he took a ride to pick up some crushed rock for the side yard tidy up. Things are spruced up and updated all around the house. πŸ₯°

Good afternoon sunshine. It’s a summery day here with a high in the 80’s later. My morning was spent cooking the dog’s potatoes, sweet potatoes and green beans. While I was doing that, Mark painted our old outside chairs.

Randy & Dawn called hoping we would meet them for Mexican food tonight. Mark said he needs a night off just to chill out, so that’s what we are going to do. RanDawn will come over tomorrow and join us for pizzas at home.

As you can see, Dawn got the palm tree repotted while Randy sunbathed. 🀣

Actually, Dawn said Randy worked so hard moving river rock to the flower beds. It all looks gorgeous! Well done guys! 😍

It’ll be a busy day tomorrow around our neighborhood with the start of the annual neighborhood garage sale. I’m helping out at the sale for a few hours in the morning.

Mark will be helping Marky-Mark hang drywall tomorrow! That’s a good sign that he’s making progress on the main house. πŸ˜‰

I think that’s it for today; we’re worn out this week.
