🎂 🎼 Happy birthday to Dawn & Jim
Today’s fun, we plan to go swimming at Lyn‘s pool while she is away, and possibly take the kids for a dip. Lew wouldn’t have allowed it, but Lynn is fine with it. 🥰 i’ve been working on a few paintings the last couple of days and got them finished and sitting in the sunroom to cure.
Here’s “Old Florida” ... refreshed from a 2012 attempt done in Oklahoma.
And here’s another refreshed one from 1999 where the oil paints had faded to almost nothing. It took a day to redo it, but it’s much happier now.
And, lastly, a totally different style of autumn rain ... done from scratch this week ...
This evening, we had our “wine down Friday” with the Yaya group from our neighborhood. We are on zoom, and play a game and drink wine. It’s much like being together, very uplifting for us
It’s 9 o’clock and we’re back from swimming at Lynn’s. It was so nice to cool down.
