Today was game day at Karen’s house. Of course I took the caddy for a ride. The games today were Yatzy 🎲 and Rummicube; I had no luck at either one.
Tonight, Mark is making chicken Parm and our neighbor Marky Mark is coming over for a quick supper between his working on the house across the street. There’s plenty of trash cans out for pick up tomorrow but he may have to bribe the garbageman. We’ll see.
Mark started the boat today and it had a hole in the gas line. Funny how these things happen. So, it was off to the store for some parts and a quick fix. He suspects a fisherman cast a line and hooked our gas line. It had a perfect “v” nick.
We may have a visit from Randy, Dawn and Scott this evening as bike fest is starting in Leesburg. They will certainly be busy there tomorrow.
Tomorrow afternoon I am beginning my stained glass project at Deenna’s house. I asked her today if she had a supply of bandages. Yes, she does. Oh boy.
Dinner was great, Mark’s Chicken Parm was very moist and delicious, complete with a Marinara sauce. We had smashed potatoes and a salad too. After dinner, the well pump service arrived and Marky Mark headed over to work some more.
It’s really nice to see lights on across the street again! It’s been years!
