It’s evening now, 7:11 PM, and we’re just leaving Stavros Pizza having met Randy and Dawn for dinner at 5:30. They had a wonderful trip to Savannah and Charleston but were happy to get back to Florida where it’s nice and warm. Dawn hadn’t worn a jacket since last year ... it was pretty cool up there with a day of rain and 55F. Stavros had something different on the menu tonight, meatloaf Parmesan ... delicious! I hope it’s a new menu choice. 😋 We arrived at Stavros before it got busy, stayed during the height of busyness, and closed the place. Ha ha. What fun. Our favorite waiter, Connor, is always entertaining. He’s adopted us and vice versa. What a hoot ... he went to a Halloween party as Hannibal Lector. Of course that drew comments from Randy & Mark who mentioned Clarice ... Fava beans ... and I had an old friend for dinner. 🤣 (You’d have to be a Silence of the Lambs fan.) BTW, RanDawn brought us a cool wine sealer with Charleston stamped on it.) 😎

Both yesterday and today Mark and Lew went hunting. Although they have seen many deer, they haven’t had a decent shot yet.  There have been a lot of noisy people around on the jeep trails, which are not supposed to have any motor vehicle traffic at this time of year. Lew decided to act as policeman and chastise a few of the hunters. Mark was glad he was not there while this was happening. Ha ha ha. Lew’s bullet proof.

What did I do today? EBay. When you shut eBay down for the summer, like I did, you have to relist every item individually again. That means pictures descriptions, the whole 9 yards. I am back up to 41 items listed, but that’s a far cry from the hundred plus that I had last year. (Sue has gone through the same thing with her eBay.)

Rocky was at the window this morning peck peck pecking away at the glass and waiting for mealworms. I put some out and later in the day Mark trimmed the Bougainvillea. Hopefully it won’t discourage Rocky, although I am sure going to have to buy more worms pretty soon.

I really didn’t have much to say today but I didn’t want to be like Rick Moir and not do a blog since October 29. Tsk tsk. Ruth must have whacked him with the shovel so now he’s out doing the walkway. Bwa ha ha ha ha. Sorry ol buddy.

That’s it.
