Today's fun is brunch at Kendall House, a Queen Anne B & B in downtown Kenora. Sue was highest bidder on "It's a Dog's Life" fundraiser auction recently ... brunch for 4.
Brunch was delicious ... and nicely served.
Afterward we toured the Kendall House B & B ... lovely!
As we were walking around the house, Sue and I noticed a Backgammon game at the hall entry. Sue asked and sure enough, the owner had just purchased it from "It's a Dog's Life" auction site ... (discovered in Chippy's Hollow game cabinet by me and donated by Sue.) Haha. Coincidence! Of course Wayne shared the story of playing Backgammon with our dad.
Such a nice home and so well cared for.
Emma kept us company in the dining room. 🐾💕
Hmmm, our photographer took a nice pic of us blocking the sign. 😂
Back at Chippy's ... we prepped for our perogies and sausage dinner with the K's then enjoyed happy hour on the dock. Egad, we'd have loved to have water toys like paddle boards, kayaks and jet skis. The neighbor kids have it made!
Randy and Dawn are having fun on their Michigan trip visiting Dawn's family.
Ha! Randy looks as if he's trying to keep everyone's names straight. 😜 Lookin' good! See you soon in Florida.
Tonight, after dinner we took a "sunset" cruise on the Ranger ...
Pretty, but it looks like rain's coming in from the west!
Julius and Shorty Hotpants came for the boat ride ...
it was nice to get out for a ride before tonight's rain.
Ta Ta til tomorrow.
